Hi!
Here is an update for little 3 yr. old Grace, from her mom.
"Grace is receiving a transfusion in hospital this morning. It is not an emergency, but her chemo treatments are lowering her hemoglobin levels."
Grace's parents are asking for prayers. Her Mom would also like to add that they are very grateful for being able to stay at home during Grace's latest treatments, as a result of 'hospital in the home'. A nurse comes each day to administer Gracie's chemo, check her blood and keep track of her vital signs. This has made this round of treatment much easier.
Little Grace has held a special place in my heart, since mid October, when I was struggling terribly. It was the week following my last chemo, and it was a doozer. This is what I said when I introduced Grace to you at that time. "Before I got out of bed I asked God to give me grace to shake off this negativity & give me a spirit of courage, peace & joy! At that moment I had assuring peace wash over me & I knew something special would happen." Moments later, when I checked the daily national prayer line, there she was, little Grace, needing prayer at the beginning of her long journey through chemo for leuchemia.
Thank you for being part of a support system of prayer & love for Gracie, a little sweetheart we've not met.
The prayer line is one of a few that I have often called on for prayer. Most recently, for the safe arrival and good health of our niece's twins. I know there is a large 'village' of people that have been happy & willing to pray for these 2 precious little ones, Even though they'll never meet, I know the twins hold a special place in the hearts of many, as little Grace does in my own.
God bless you. xoxo
